Air-conditioning
For a correct use of the A/C doors and windows must be closed. Otherwise the airconditioning will switch off automatically.
Safety deposit box
All rooms have a safety deposit box free of charge. The hotel will be not responsible of any lost property that has not been deposited in the safe.

Enjoy your holidays to the fullest! We have a luggage room to store your bags, either on arrival whilst waiting for your room and at departure until your flight time.
Lunch box (breakfast)
Ibiza Sun offers a picnic to take away, to customers departing before the opening of the Restaurant. This must be reserved at the Reception one day in advance.
The pack lunch contains: 1 sandwich, cookies, muffins, fruit, juice, water.

We have a free wake-up service. Ask at reception.

We would like to make your departure and check-out smooth and enjoyable, hence please allow us to suggest the following:
Please kindly note that our standard check-out time is by 12:00 am on the day of departure and that luggage or any other belongings might not be stored in the room after that.
Nevertheless, there is a luggage room at reception to store your belongings if necessary and you are more than welcome to use any services until your departure from the hotel.
